The Mixed Grille

Anthem Country Club’s Mixed Grille is known for its welcoming and fun atmosphere where members can dine for lunch or dinner. Featuring a full service restaurant and bar with a beautiful view of the 18th hole, we offer a variety of delicious creations to please all palates inspired by our Executive Chef, Eric Castillo.

The Mixed Grille also features a spacious patio area featuring new lounge and dining furniture where you can enjoy great food and drinks while catching up with friends. For those colder days, we also have heat lamps & a fireplace to cozy up next to in the evening.

The Mixed Grille is open Tuesday-Friday,11am-9pm for lunch and dinner service, Saturday 10am-9pm, and Sundays 10am-6pm for breakfast and lunch.

Happy Hour drink specials are available Tuesday-Sunday 3:00pm-6:00pm

"Desert Sky" Dining Room

Anthem Country Club’s “Desert Sky” is known for its’ intimate and more romantic ambiance with an absolutely gorgeous view of the Las Vegas Valley including the Las Vegas Strip. Dinner service is available Thursday and Friday evenings from 5pm-9pm where you can enjoy a relaxed elegance in a soft and upscale atmosphere.
